For a third person an extra bed will be put up in the living room.
Maximum occupancy for the types A-C is 3 persons including a baby. Minimum stay: 7 nights
For bookings of 28 days or more there is a discount of 10% on the room rates
(the discount is NOT for the breakfast or other meals)

The first digit of the room number indicates the floor, i.e.:
| 112 - 123 = first floor main building | 101 - 111 = ground floor annexe |
| 211 - 219 = second floor main building | 201 - 210 = first floor annexe |
| 301 - 308 = third floor main building | |
| 401 - 408 = fourth floor main building | |
| 501 - 504 = fifth floor main building |
